The 1st Mustang Roundup!!

I'm proud to be the tournament director for the First Mustang Roundup.

We have held the Hueytown Purple and Gold tournament in March for the Last 5 years. The weather has always been great to us, but this year tested our ability to reschedule and make something out of what was quickly becoming a losing event. Snow caught us on Saturday, but we made some phone calls and secured both 2 fields in Hueytown and 2 fields in Gardendale for Sunday and managed to pull off the tournament for over half the field that still wanted to play softball!

The Mustangs are now holding the 2008 Mustang Roundup in Gardendale on June 6th, 7th, and 8th. You can enter by using the link to the form found in the sidebar of this website. Teams that would like to enter will have many other events for the kids other than Softball! We plan on holding a home run contest for all age groups with a choice of several of our sponsors bats as prizes! We also plan on having other team competitions for the kids as well! As the tournament gets closer, we'll give more details.

The Mustangs always hold top notch tournaments and great Hospitality Suites for the Coaches and Umpires. If you come to one of our tournaments, you won't go home hungry!
